LG G7 ThinQ gains native screen recording with internal sound recording and many other features

LG has provided many of its eligible devices with the Android 10-based LG UX 9.0 update. The custom UI from LG offers a lot of features that are similar to Samsung’s One UI. However, the OEM will be providing some of its devices with the LG Velvet UI on top of Android 10.

The Velvet UI offers some handy features like call recording, screen recording, notification bar point color setting, and more.

The users can now grab the system apps from LG Velvet for their LG G7 ThinQ. However, the system APKs have to be installed manually which means this is not an official update. Also, there are some APKs that are untested and some are not recommended so be sure to install accordingly.

2. New settings app

3. Swipe down for notifications in launcher
