The simple fix for frustating accidental call rejection on Oneplus dialer app

I'm sure you are wondering, what's wrong with 1+'s dialer app. Well, as we all know oxygen OS is/was* one of the intuitive user interfaces amongst the android smartphones; but everything is not perfect, right ?

This one thing, the way to pickup an incoming call is entirely opposite to what the users are used to from other user interfaces. The general way is to swipe up to pick a phone, but on 1+ devices, it is a swipe down to pick up a call.

However, if you have accidentally rejected calls many times due to your muscle memory being trained to the opposite, there is a simple setting in the phone app to change the default behaviour.

Just open your dialer app, click on 3 dots on upper right hand corner, and there you go, turn on the option as indicated in the picture above.

Well, if you are Oneplus Nord series of user, then there's no need as the devices ship with Google's dialer app pre installed which has the correct behaviour.
